Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif has turned 28 today. Her fans across the country and overseas wished her for a prosperous life. The actress, who was recently voted as the world's sexiest woman by a leading fashion magazine FHM, looks busy on her birthday.
Beginning her Bollywood career with ‘Boom’ in 2003, so far Kat has reached to the zenith of her career acting in a number of films opposite all the big names of the current Indian film Industry.
Report suggests that Katrina had struggled a lot in her early years. She was born in Hong Kong and was brought up in many countries like Switzerland, Germany, France and England.
Finally she came to India for a career in modeling and acting. For her debut appearance, she got cast in Amitabh Bachchan acted ‘Boom’, but the film got flopped. Of course we cannot blame Katrina for the failure. But after a while she then met Salman Khan and after that there was no looking back.
Interestingly, on her last birthday in 2011, ZNMD was released which earned a lot of appreciation, awards and the film also was critically-acclaimed.
Katrina has already acted opposite Salman Khan in many movies including the upcoming ‘Ek tha Tiger’, that has been scheduled to release on August 15th. She will also appear opposite Shah Rukh in the unnamed upcoming film of YR Films and will be casted opposite Aamir khan in ‘Dhoom 3’. In this way she becomes the top female actor of Bollywood to work opposite all the three top khans of the Hindi Film Industry.
So far the gorgeous Katrina has acted in a number of blockbuster hit films including Partner, Namastey London, Welcome, Singh Is Kinng, Rajneeti, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara.
Besides acting, Katrina has also won hearts of millions of viewers as an item girl with her Sheela Ki Jawani and Chikni Chameli.
She has also been named as the Sexiest female in Asia by Eastern Eye for three years in a row and was recently named the Sexiest Female Alive by FHM Magazine. She is expected to receive a number of epithets in the coming days for her striking beauty.
